WHO WE ARE

Belmont Dry Cleaners supply laundry and dry-cleaning services to the public and businesses throughout London, Kent and Surrey. In this privacy policy references to we, us and our, are to Belmont Dry Cleaners.

  • Credit card information, where this is the customer’s preferred method of payment, is strictly used to process payments. We do not under any circumstances store full card numbers or 3-digit CVV security codes.

WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR OUR REASONS

To provide services to you for the performance of our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To make contact with you through email or by telephone.
  • Process orders, deliveries, installations or services for purchase orders that you have submitted.
  • Supplier & customer feedback on the services we provide.
  • Notification of any changes to our services.
  • Marketing communications that maybe of interest (only where consent has been given).
  • Accounts – i.e. sending invoices, sending remittance advices or any other general accounts queries.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

Our 3rd party organisations related to IT and software maintenance may have temporary visibility of your information, these organisations do not have permission to use your data and will only be given access if required. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact us.

We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties or are required by law to do so.

HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE KEPT

To provide services to you for the performance of our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

  • in certain other situations to our continued processing of your personal data, eg processing carried out for the purpose of our legitimate interests

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE
